After a long wait, Sharjah Safari Park opened its door to the public. From now on, both national and international travelers and tourists can explore the largest safari park in the world out of Africa. This Sharjah Safari Park incorporates 12 themed environments; each represents a region in Africa. The eye-catching Safari park covers an area of 8 square kilometers and is home to 120 species of animals, 1 lakh African trees, including an umbrella-shaped Acacia Tortilis. In the first days, visitors can see more than 1000 animals and birds, of which about 70 species are found in Africa. The biggest advantage of this park is that tourists can see different species of animals up close.
